I am catching up on a whole bunch of posts here! So expect lots of comments!

The main lessons I&#039;m picking up here is making your event anywhere, anytime, anyplace.

There have to be lots of social channels and social content that allow people to engage when THEY want to.

In reality, I could spend all year getting these things right! But I guess the main thing for me is enabling participation and making it as easy as possible

		<description>Thanks for the comment Carrie! I still need to dig into the rest of this months issue of Convene. I really like when they take one major planner issue and delve into it from different perspectives. Lots of associations are challenged with getting new blood as both members and attendees. For long term sustainability, cracking the code is critical.</description>
